You will be working hand in hand with best Makers in industry on the cross-section of fintech and blockchain. We build on a global scale, by empowering novel and breathtaking products. Focus and excellence is a must.
We need someone who:
👉 has 3+ years of experience in building sophisticated backend systems,
👉 is excited by the possibilities of working on the intersection of FinTech and blockchain (no blockchain experience required),
👉 is ready to work in a rapidly scaling up startup.
You'd be our ideal candidate if on top of that you:
👉 have experience in either fintech (payment services) or blockchain (exchanges or dApps).
Your daily work will consist of tasks like:
💰 11-16 kPLN (Mid) or 17-23 kPLN (Senior) net on invoice
📈 Stock options - 0.05-0.2% (4 year vesting, one year cliff)
🏝 Paid time off when you need it
🏠 Comfy workspace located in Warsaw or Wrocław
