Role Overview

Are you ready for your next internal recruitment role? Would you like to join the hottest crypto startup? Well, you are in the right place. Ramp Network has about 65 employees, but due to successful investor rounds, we are planning to hire an additional 200 within a year or so. We can only achieve this by hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us in tackling this challenge - possibly YOU! :) 


We will support you all the way in this exciting journey, providing you with the tools and mentoring you need to do your job well. 


Core Responsibilities

  • managing end to end recruitment processes for tech roles among others,

  • sourcing, shortlisting and conducting first-round interviews with the candidates,

  • providing exceptional candidate experience, keep finding new ways to increase the quality and effectiveness of our recruitment processes,

  • working closely with Hiring Managers, coaching them on best practices and acting as an advisor in your field,

  • helping to raise awareness of Ramp Network, being a brand ambassador and finding new ways of promoting job openings and attracting new talent,

  • research new possibilities to attract new talent e.g. tools, external partners.

Requirements

  • at least 1 year of practical experience in recruiting gained in the recruitment agency and/or internal role,
  • willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment, switch between different tasks easily,

  • exceptional communication skills, you articulate clearly and confidently,

  • familiarity with the recruitment tools (Social Media, ATS, job boards, extensions) and ability to maximise their potential to attract the best candidates,

  • you are not afraid to promote Ramp outside of the company, you understand that being a great brand ambassador helps a lot in recruiting,

  • a data-driven approach to recruiting, experience in making informed recruitment decisions based on factual data,

  • fluency in English, you are confident in using this language when speaking with others.
