We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to help us support our exceptional team. Your job will be first to operate much of the machinery and makeup of what we call 'traditional' or 'formal' HR. This operational executor will look to ensure that the most basic and important needs of employees are met, ensuring payroll, benefits, employee perks, and HR reporting are meticulously executed and communicated. All of that keeping in mind that organizational culture is the basis of high performing teams driven by highest standards.
preparing and owning people docs in cooperation with internal legal team and external accounting, tax and financial vendors and advisors,
taking care of benefits, employee perks and HR reporting,
cooperating with partners in Poland and UK, including active participation in the accounting month-end process,
working with People Ops Lead and whole People & Talent team on company policies & processes and acting as their guardian in daily implementation and execution,
helping our whole Ramp team to find information and making them feel like home in our organization (especially when they are new) and organizing information in easy-to-read, clear and inclusive way,
partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders, pulling metrics as needed to help assist in the goals of various teams.
