Ramp’s SDK and APIs help hundreds of developers build the crypto buying process right into their apps used by millions of users. We leverage the power of existing banking and payment systems to provide a seamless experience for crypto onboarding focusing on UX, speed and security. You will be working hand in hand with the best builders and makers in the industry on the cross-section of fintech and blockchain. We build on a global scale, by empowering novel and breathtaking products.

The team

We're a rapidly growing team of 60+ young and energetic people who are eager to learn, work without scripts and create processes as we go. Just like at any fast-growing startup, life at Ramp can be chaotic so we need people who are highly independent and can strive in such an environment. Role Overview

To achieve our goals, we’re building an A-star sales team and looking to add a Key account manager to take good care of our existing and most valuable partners. You will work closely with the Sales Team on increasing the profitability of the partnerships and ensuring the highest levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

Improve the performance:

  • Drive additional revenue by improving the overall integration performance.
  • Be an excellent listener who is able to spot upselling opportunities and opportunities for joint marketing campaigns early on and drive them towards the Sales team.

Nurture the relationship:

  • Onboard new clients to our environment and get them acquainted with the features of Ramp.
  • Grow the accounts by delivering exceptional customer experience on a daily basis.

Keep it clean:

  • Manage the customer portfolio in CRM and revenue streams (reports).
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of the integration and work closely with the Product and Sales team to continuously improve the process.


Candidate requirements

Our perfect match would have:

  • Fluent/native English skills.
  • Experience. Documented track record planning and growing enterprise-level B2B partnerships for at least 3 years.
  • Resourcefulness. Ability to bring creative solutions to every problem and never see a challenge as a dead end.
  • Empathy. Ability to listen paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach. The ability to identify new opportunities to expand the partnership.
  • Independence and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. We're here to support you, but we won't hold your hand all the time.
