hire for a breadth of different roles
set up and be the guardian of hiring processes (you can build on in-house and/or third party support such as recruiters, agencies, other specialists and/or whatever you want)- Improve Ramp's competitiveness in the talent ecosystem (defining EVP and EB strategy is part of this)
help Ramp team members develop their skills and careers within the organization
help Ramp define and co-build organization culture on strategic and operations levels
6+ years of related professional experience
experience in min. 2 international organizations
experience in working for start-ups, scale-ups and/or fast growing tech companies
experience in people & team management
ability to market map the talent ecosystem and perform competitor analysis
great headhunting and hiring skills
ability to set up people infrastructure for a start-up operating in multiple countries, with remote team members
data driven mindset
exceptional communication skills
scrappiness and being comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
