You will be working hand in hand with best builders and makers in industry on the cross-section of fintech and blockchain. We build on a global scale, by empowering novel and breathtaking products. Focus and excellence are a must.


Role Overview


As Founder’s Associate, you’ll have exposure to executive-level challenges and resources in a fast-paced company. Ramp is the top project in all of CEE (biggest round A in the history of the region). It is a unique chance to help scale and build an incredible company.


Core Responsibilities


  • Take care of own projects from A to Z (weekly meetings, OKR cheks, KPI checks etc.),

  • Manage biggest and most important company projects,

  • Make flawless pitch/meeting materials for founders office,

  • Make analytics and research projects for the Founders’ Office (financial/market/competition),

  • Support Founder and Chief of Staff in daily tasks,

  • Help the executive team to solve the highest-profile challenges.

Requirements


Candidate Requirements


  • +2 years of experience preferably in a consulting company,

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English,

  • First Project Management experience on consulting or projects between departments with various stakeholders,

  • Independence: you prioritize well and deliver exceptional work with very limited direction,

  • Open to new knowledge/concepts/procedures/ways-of-doing-things (lifetime learner),

  • Highly analytical: you always have data backing up your arguments in a discussion,

  • Strong personality: you stay comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation, you are open to looking for new ways, but you are not afraid to be wrong and admit to it,

  • Responsibility and taking ownership: you strive to prove yourself, put your hand up, and don’t wait to be asked, you take initiative to improve processes and find solutions,

  • Open-minded and humble: you follow the trends, use advisory or mentoring from someone who is more experienced than you in areas where you’re not a world-class expert, you welcome open to feedback and give it to your team members, but also peers and superiors, you are ready to question existing beliefs and assumptions,

  • Intellectually sharp: you are ready to work in very young industry and figure out unsolved problems, you are able to digest quickly vast amount of new concepts and reconcile them with your existing knowledge,

  • Witty: you always have 3 solutions up your sleeve in case you encounter an obstacle.

on an invoice (B2B or employment contract - net = total cost)
