You will be working hand in hand with the best builders and makers in the industry on the cross-section of fintech and blockchain. We build on a global scale, by empowering novel and breathtaking products. Focus and excellence are a must.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a natural, detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication skills. You will be helping out our users with resolving their queries, making sure their issues are well taken care of, and improve our business performance by managing transaction and verification processing.

Core Responsibilities

  • provide the best customer experience and establish a strong relationship and trust with our users,
  • respond to user queries via live chat in a swift and pragmatic way,
  • monitor transactions and ensure that AML requirements are met,
  • conducting KYC checks in selected cases
  • step into the users' shoes, identify their needs, and help them use our product,
  • report product malfunctions to the product team and propose product improvements by creating a frequently asked questions database,
  • monitor our social media (Discord, Twitter) and reach out to provide assistance,
  • follow up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved,
  • gather user feedback and share it with the team to ensure the excellence of our service.


Candidate Requirements

  • you have more than 1 year of experience in a similar position,
  • you are a native (or near-native/proficient) English speaker,
  • you are familiar with KYC,
  • you are experienced in Customer Support,
  • you have excellent communication skills and a user-friendly attitude,
  • you are an efficient problem-solver and a multitasker,
  • be patient when handling tough cases,
  • readiness to work in shifts,
  • able to manage complexity, prioritize tasks effectively with a can-do attitude.

Bonus points

  • experienced in Customer Support Agent or a similar role,
  • you are familiar with various blockchains and ideally with fintech and payment industries,
  • somehow familiar with information technology or basic programming,
  • experienced in transaction monitoring and AML practices,
  • proficient in French, Spanish, German, Russian language.

💰 25-30 PLN/h gross on an invoice (B2B or employment contract - net = total cost)
