about the job

To achieve our goals, we’re building an A-star sales team and looking to add a Business Development Representative to lead Ramp's sales efforts across the blockchain ecosystem. You will be a key person in the Sales Team, nurturing leads, preparing business cases and closing deals. You will be working with the best applications in crypto - dapps, exchanges and wallets, exploring new markets opportunities with the brands that aren't yet in the blockchain space and building usecases for the future of Web3. 

what will be your key duties

Building the pipeline:

  • Explore new markets with the help our Business Development analyst.
  • Nurture the leads and critically asses their LTV based on your expertise and market predictions.

Closing deals:

  • Draw personalised business cases for our customers.
  • Develop and implement pricing models to streamline the closing process.
  • Handle the negotiations. Close deals.

Keeping it clean:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and uphold the good practices in the CRM tool (Hubspot).
  • Update Sales Materials and any other resources required to help you close the deal.
