You will be working hand in hand with best Makers in industry on the cross-section of fintech and blockchain. We build on a global scale, by empowering novel and breathtaking products. Focus and excellence is a must.

We're currently looking for a zen-focused, professional multitasker with the human touch and never waning enthusiasm to join us as a stellar Administrative Assistant who will ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis. Your duty will be to master the company's operations, care for the team and make sure everybody has everything they need to be their best productive selves 🧡 


Your duty will be to manage everything happening in and outside of the office. Which includes...

  • Maintaining documentation and making sure the documents are archived and organized
  • Preparing administration policies and procedures and adjusting them to the current trends and circumstances
  • Owning bookkeeping - managing contacts with Ramp's accountants and making sure all is accounted for, kept in order, and never lost 
  • Taking care of our offices and making sure they are always well-supplied 
  • Creating high-level financial analyses - keeping track of monthly spendings and basic reporting 
  • Organizing events and business trips, so dealing with everything from booking flights and hotels, to collecting invoices, organizing meet-ups, hackathons or promoting conferences
  • Supporting the legal team in creating and maintaining the necessary documentation for our products, users, and employees 
  • Managing HR pipeline by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, preparing contracts, and helping to onboard new hires 
  • Actively supporting the team and readiness to take up ad hoc challenges and roles

  • focused on getting things done quickly
  • keenly interested in new technologies

You will score bonus points for previous experience in a start-up environment, administrative or legal background and writing skills ✨

Job type: part-time or full time
